New dealer information

In order to become a new dealer from any where in the world you will have to choose from any one of our products. Pending approval of that item we will be able to ship out your order to your location.

An approval consists of requirement certificates for your country that we will need to issue to you for certain models purchased. For example if you are purchasing to resell in the EU then you will need a CE & EEC certificate, the USA requires EPA certificates and so it goes for other countries depending on the country. Our products are sold FOB which means dealer is responsible to pay the custom clearance tax and shipping fee after the goods are shipped. We will cover all cost to ship the goods out of our Chinese factory till it is loaded on the ship.

Most of our Atv, Scooters, Motorcycles and other models will have DOT conformity, EEC, EPA, CE through our manufacturing plant. Our goal is to determine the demand of our products in your country, city, and state in order to establish adequate lines of production and components needed to fill these demands. First time dealers are encouraged to display our products and to take orders or determine the amount of products needed for the area. Dealers actual stocking products by ordering containers will reflect their distributors name and logo as well as being built by our top quality components.

First time dealers are recommended to pick out a few models and purchase our minimum from each model listed to test. This allows them ample time to display and obtain the request for the products in their area. If the dealer wants to purchase a sample from each model then he is welcome to do so, this will consist of a 50% sample fee which will be refunded to all dealers at their initial order.

Repair manuals will be provided to repair centers only. Please!! No direct consumer sales allowed. Colors are available according to our color chart. (please verify available colors at the time of ordering).

1. Who are we?

Our products are manufactured by us in china with only top quality selected parts and quality control which is done by our expert team that checks to make sure that only the best parts are selected to assemble the vehicle. Our assembly plant can produce up to 80,000 units a month.

2. How can I become a dealer or distributor?

We do sell directly to dealers and also set up distributors worldwide. If you want to become a dealer you must email us a list of the SKU you want to carry and quantity. There is a minimum order per model listed for each item online. We can lower the minimum per model if your order is a container or more depending on the models you choose. Contact us!

3. Can I brand my own logo on each model purchased from you?

Our factory will brand each vehicle for you with a custom logo of your company for free (40ftHQ containers orders only). Under a 40ftHQ container there will be a fee charged for the printing plate molding. Branding your logo on each vehicle has proven to bring in more business to you on a long term business advantage.

4. How much is shipping and how does the shipping process work?

We will arrange the shipping for you after the goods are complete. The shipping is set up by our professional shipping brokers in china. Usually we ship to the nearest land or sea port near your location and the goods are picked up by you at the terminal. If you request special door to door service the fee is higher but we can arrange this too. The cost of the shipping is by container load and the price is determined by international market rates according to the same business day. If you order is less than a container it is called LCL load (low container load) and it is then shared with other customers, so your shipping fee becomes less.

5. Who will clear the customs for me?

You can choose your own customs broker or you can use one of our custom brokers to clear your container. We have an affiliate custom broker in over 30 countries that we work with that will help you clear the container once the order is placed with us. Our goal is to provide you with full service from beginning to end and make importing as smooth as possible. We are here to assist you and answer any questions you might have. 6. How is payment done once I place the order?

Payment is usually made with bank to bank. We require a 30% deposit to start the order and 70% when loading the container. We also accept Bank Letter of credits on 2 container orders or more. Before you pay the 70% we will send your vehicles photos to you (with logos if ordered) to inspect. After you approve and confirm your order we will load the container for you.

7. Are all of your vehicles road legal in U.S.A.?

Most of our scooters, Motorcycles, UTV's Dune buggies and vehicles are road legal in USA & come with EPA. Every year more and more vehicles become road legal and are adjusted with the new laws that are changed yearly. We issue a manufacture certificate of origin with each vehicle to our distributors & dealers. Contact us with a list of vehicles you want to order and a salesperson can tell you if it is legal for the current year.

8. Are your vehicles road legal in Europe?

For the European union and the U.K we have all EEC & CE documents for all our products. 90% of our vehicles come road legal with all the required documents that we provide to you to be able to register the vehicle on the road. Each vehicle comes with a manufacturer certificate of origin and COC documents. If you have more questions you can contact a sales person and they should be able to assist you.
