Warranty Information

All vehicles purchased from Tranz Group limited (D.B.A Tranz Global Corp) must be handled by a certified mechanic or mechanical experience professional.
Tranz Group limited is offering our customers a 1 year limited warranty from the date you receive your vehicles purchase. Limited warranty is for defects from our manufacture only. Should the buyer have a default part that needs replacing he must email us to sales1@fastglobalsupplier.com or call 1-866-403-8815 . Anyone with mechanical experience can service the vehicle to check for defaults. If you are not comfortable in servicing your scooter then contact a professional mechanic, you can only lead to damaging the vehicle. Any Damage that occurs due to misuse or improper care of the vehicle including, shipping damages, riding recklessly, accidents, jumping with vehicle, excess weight limit not designed for the vehicle or gross misuse is not covered by the warranty.
Buyer's Responsibilities
Buyer acknowledges that he or she knows and understands how to operate the vehicle purchased from Tranz group limited or Tranz Global corp. Buyer's understand that he must abide by his country or state laws. If buyer is not familiar in operating our vehicles, buyer should seek professional mechanical help and be fully able to operating the vehicle. Buyer is also responsible in inspecting the vehicle purchased from Tranz group limited or Tranz Global Corp before riding it making sure it is safe to use and in riding condition. Warranty will be voided if our vehicle is not assembled by a licensed mechanic. Buyer is responsible for connecting any loose screws, wires, bolt, etc that have become disconnected during shipping. Vehicles are shipped in full working order. Our manufactures tech support will assist distributor in connecting any loose parts, since our manufactures technicians are not there to see the connection problem, we will try our best to pinpoint the problem over the phone. Mechanic that is maintaining the vehicle must check all systems to determine functionality. If any part is found to be a manufacture default part, customer will send part back to dealer and it will be replaced free of charge. Parts that are purchased from another company are not reimbursed; warranty covers only parts provided by our manufacturer. Customer is liable for labor charge to replace any part covered by warranty.
Safety & Warnings
All products are not for use for children under 16 years old. This product is to be operated in accordance with all your countries, province, state, city federal laws imposed for riding such vehicles. Always wear eye protection, a helmet, and protective clothing. Carrying passengers may be done so if vehicle is designed legally to carry any passengers and should be particularly careful on difficult terrain. Never engage in stunt riding. Riding and alcohol/drugs don't mix. Avoid excessive speed. Remember to ride your vehicle using common sense and avoid reckless driving.
Risks involved in operation
Buyer accepts all risks involved in riding any of the vehicles which are sold, dangers which involve serious bodily injury by operating the vehicles. These risks are dangerous and can involve paralysis, dismemberment, disability and death. These results can be the result by the buyer's action and maneuvers involving: themselves, others, specific circumstances of riding the vehicle or neglect of negligence of others or themselves. There maybe other risks known or unknown to buyer. Buyer will take full responsibility and accepts responsibility for the events that may not be foreseeable including social distress, costs, losses, economic losses and damage caused by person riding vehicle.

Warranty
This Limited warranty covers the following parts
DIFFERENTIAL: The drive axel housing case and all the internal lubricated parts. The housing that contains the drive axle itself if it was damaged as a result of mechanical failure of the internal lubricated parts contained inside the drive axle case. Items which are not included are: seals, gaskets, fluids, pumps, U-joints, mounts, electrical controls, vents, modulators, governors, these items are not covered under warranty.
IMPORTANT PARTS NOTES: The parts will have to come from overseas for all manufactured products, so it will take 8 weeks to receive parts from us and we will only accept bulk orders for parts coming from overseas. If you purchased some of our stock products then usually the parts take 5 business days to receive or let you know the lead time for the parts. All the parts will be inspected before it is sent out under warranty. This warranty does not include any labor cost, wearable parts, shipping damage or damaged parts from abuse or accidents.
LABOR TO REPLACE & REPAIR PARTS: Tranz group limited or Tranz Global Corp does not pay for the labor cost of removal or replacements of such parts components for the parts obtained from us or an outside source. All parts removal must be done by a professional mechanic.
COMPONENTS REPAIR: The components that are repaired under our warranty will be replaced by components of like kind quality or better.
COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS: Important notice: A professional mechanic must be available to you (any small repair shop, motorcycle shop or an engine repair shop) and assemble your new vehicle. The mechanic must check your vehicle before riding to insure it is in good working condition or your warranty is void. Because the vehicles come from overseas the mechanic may have to tighten loose screws, bolts and wires that may have become loose during shipping. Proof must be provided for a warranty claim that these procedures were followed, so please keep your receipts. A professional must do the work on your scooter before filing a warranty claim. Subject to limitations mentioned in this agreement, Tranz Group Limited agrees to replace specified components that are used under the conditions and in a manner of the specified components of its original manufacturer. Tranz Group Limited agrees also to replace one or more of the internal lubricated parts that falls within the component warranty period. |
